Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by GAJ Online Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17182671, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@gajonlineservices.com.

Scope and pricing

All services are scoped and priced in writing before payment. The written scope sets out what will be delivered, any timeline, and the fee. Work is carried out on the basis of that agreed scope.

What you receive

Web development. You receive a custom website or web application as specified in the agreed scope.

Sourcing and introduction. You receive a defined sourcing and introduction engagement: research and qualification against the agreed requirement, and the agreed introductions, each accompanied by a written brief.

Introductions

GAJ Connect is an introduction service. Any contract for the underlying goods or services is between the introduced parties. We are not a party to that contract, we do not supply the underlying goods or services, and we do not take custody of client funds beyond our own fees. Where both parties to an introduction engage us, each is engaging us for a separate service and each is informed that the other has done so.

Liability

Our liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement under them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
