Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fees

All fees are agreed in writing before payment, as part of the scope for the engagement.

Web development

If you cancel before work begins, the fee is refunded in full. If you cancel after work begins, the fee is refunded pro rata for work not yet performed.

Sourcing and introduction engagements

If we introduce a party that clearly does not meet the agreed requirement, we replace that introduction.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed introductions within the agreed period, the unfulfilled portion of the fee is refunded.
