B2B service
GAJ Connect
A sourcing and introduction service for businesses with a defined commercial requirement.
The service
Businesses come to us with a defined commercial requirement. Some need a supplier or service provider; others want to reach qualified counterparties for what they offer.
We research the market against that requirement, qualify candidates directly rather than passing on unchecked contact details, confirm fit with both parties, and then coordinate an introduction accompanied by a written brief.
The engagement is the research, qualification and introduction work itself. We do not supply the underlying goods or services.
How it works
- 1
Define the requirement
We agree in writing what is being sought, the criteria a candidate must meet, and what a successful introduction looks like.
- 2
Research and shortlist
We research the market against that requirement and build a shortlist of candidates that appear to meet the agreed criteria.
- 3
Qualify directly with each candidate
We contact shortlisted candidates ourselves and check their capability, capacity and interest against the stated requirement.
- 4
Confirm fit on both sides
We confirm with both the client and the candidate that the requirement and the offer match before anything is arranged.
- 5
Coordinate the introduction
We make the introduction and provide both parties with a written brief setting out the requirement and what has been confirmed.
Commercial terms
Engagements are scoped and priced in writing before any work begins. Fees are agreed in advance and are payable before an introduction is made.
Where both parties to an introduction engage us, each is engaging us for a separate service, and each is informed that the other has done so.
If we introduce a party that clearly does not meet the agreed requirement, we replace that introduction.
Our role
We act as an independent intermediary. We do not take custody of client funds beyond our own fees.
Any contract for the underlying goods or services is between the two introduced parties. We are not a party to it and we do not guarantee its outcome.
Full terms are set out in our Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
