Business contact details supplied to us by clients, such as a name, job title, company, email address and telephone number.

Business contact information gathered from public and commercial sources for our sourcing and introduction service, such as company websites, business directories and commercial data providers.

Why we use it

To communicate with clients, to scope and deliver the services agreed, and to research, qualify and contact potential suppliers or commercial counterparties against a client requirement.

We do not sell personal data.

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interest for business-to-business contact: contacting people in their professional capacity about a defined commercial requirement relevant to their organisation. Where we process data to deliver a service you have engaged us for, we rely on performance of that contract.

Retention

We keep client records for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Business contact information collected for sourcing is kept only while it remains relevant to an active or foreseeable requirement, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.
